Description

The equipment is composed of two major parts: the main unit and the control mechanism. They are connected through pipelines and electrical devices, forming a cohesive whole. The main unit consists of a three-beam, multi-column fuselage, a main cylinder, and a limiting device. The control mechanism comprises a hydraulic pump station (power system) and an electrical cabinet.

♦The three-column structure of the machine tool is made of welded components, which have undergone a comprehensive heat treatment process in a heat treatment furnace. The large-scale CNC floor-standing lathe and milling machine has been used for its production, ensuring excellent precision retention.

♦The body of the machine features a multi-column structure. The surface of the columns has undergone medium-frequency quenching treatment, resulting in excellent strength, high hardness, and resistance to wear and tear.

♦The stroke of the slider is detected and signaled by an imported displacement sensor, with closed-loop control. The operation is carried out by an electro-hydraulic proportional pump, resulting in excellent synchronization between the oil cylinder and the slider. The slider also exhibits strong resistance to uneven loading.

♦The machine tool is equipped with a separate electrical cabinet and is controlled by a PLC+touchscreen system. It features centralized operation through an operator panel. In the semi-automatic mode, there are two types of actions: preset pressure and preset stroke. The preset pressure mode includes a hold-press delay and automatic return function.

♦ The machine tool is equipped with safety measures such as dual-hand operation, multiple emergency stop buttons, overload protection, load deviation protection, and safety guard rails.
