Description

This machine is a mechanical asymmetric roll forming machine. It operates through the downward pressure exerted by the upper roll and the interaction between the upper and lower rolls. The output shaft of the main reducer is connected to the two lower rolls via a set of gears. The change in rotation direction of the roll shafts is achieved through the reversal of the main motor. The machine consists of one upper roll, two lower rolls, a lifting screw rod, a worm gear, and some auxiliary parts. The lifting movement of the upper roll is accomplished by the up-and-down movement of the lifting screw rod.
